企业信息 山东海之蓝化工有限公司原名山东为斯兰化工有限公司，注册地址为昌邑市沿海经济开发区，注册资本1500万元，法定代表人为 高峰。现已建成3000吨/年分散染料生产装置。

环保投资及环境技术开发 公司工程总投资4350万元，环保投资1117万元。
主要环保设施建设和运行情况

1、废水：综合污水处理站一座，处理能力为850m³/d。

2、废气：废气处理设施共5套，包括中间体合成尾气处理系统2套；污水站尾气处理系统1套；喷塔尾气处理系统2套。

3、危废仓库一座，存储能力200T。

4、1800m³事故水池一座。

5、装备自动化控制系统，配备有毒有害、可燃气体检测报警系统。

6、以上设施处于正常运行状态
行政许可 2009年12月，山东省环境保护科学研究设计院对该项目进行环境影响评价并编制完成《山东为斯兰化工有限公司8000吨/年分散染料项目环境影响评价报告书》；2010年2月8日，山东省环境保护厅以《关于山东为斯兰化工有限公司8000吨/年分散染料项目环境影响评价报告书的批复》（鲁环审[2010]55号）对该报告书进行了批复；2016年9月山东省环境保护科学研究设计院对该项目进行竣工验收并编制《山东海之蓝化工有限公司8000吨/年分散染料项目一期工程竣工环境保护验收监测（调查）报告》；2016年9月20日，潍坊市环境保护局以潍环验[2016]25号文《关于山东海之蓝化工有限公司8000吨/年分散染料项目一期工程竣工环境保护验收的批复》同意其运行。
事故与应急

1、突发环境事件应急救援预案备案（370786-2021-077-M）。

2、危废管理计划备案。

3、公司每年按计划进行演练。
污染物的产生、处理、处置、回收、综合利用情况。

1、 有组织废气、厂界无组织废气及噪声：全部委托具有相应监测资质单位按照排污许可证要求监测，全年无超标排放。

2、 废水：2020年度产生量15941m³，全部由中信环境水务（昌邑）有限公司下营污水厂处理。

3、 一般固废：一般固废为空桶由供货商回收利用于原产品。

4、 生活垃圾：委托开发区统一环卫部门处理。

5、 2021年度危险废物情况：污泥残渣（264-012-12）产生量为68.01吨，暂存量为56.94吨，处置量为90吨；废内袋（900-041-49）产生量为0.279吨，暂存量为0吨，处置量为0.617吨；废油漆桶（900-041-49）产生量为0吨，暂存量为0吨，处置量为0.098吨；废活性炭（264-011-12）产生量为0吨，暂存量为0吨，处置量为0吨。公司危险废物全部委托相应处置资质单位处置。
